The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." An important implication of this definition is that mental health is more than just the absence of mental disorders or disabilities.

What is mental Health?
Mental Health is a person’s mental condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being. This state of mind can often be negatively affected by factors including Self esteem, confidence, physical ill health or abuse. Any number of these factors and more can degrade a persons mental health. There are alternatively other factors that can boost mental health such as rest, avoid drugs, cigarettes and alcohol, exercise regularly, get adamant daily sunlight and have a healthy diet. These things will help you improve your mental and physical health.[2]
